Once you have completed your first draft at the IPD Report; read it a through times to iron out any grammatical and spelling errors.  If you are over the word count – cut out any unnecessary words, sentences and paragraphs to reduce the word count.  Finally read it through one last time before submitting (or alternative get someone else to read it to see if it makes sense).

Writing an IPD Report is aimed to test ICE Trainees that they are able to express their experiences, knowledge and thoughts in a concise and written format.  Over time you will see your IPD Reports become more concise as you gain better roles and responsibilities towards Professional Qualification.
