Initial Professional Development Reports

Part of being on an ICE Company Approved Training Scheme (CATS) may require the production of an Initial Professional Development (IPD) Report.  Also known as a Quarterly Report, it is typically submitted to your DE or SCE every 3 months for them to review in accordance with the programme and deadlines outlined by your SCE/DE.

Initial Professional Development Reports are a requirement depending on your Training Scheme/Mentor/SCE requirements.
