Founders

The Civil Engineering Exam (TCEE) was founded by two passionate Civil Engineers, Jonathan Han and Tim Lai, who first met each other through the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2008.

Both are former ICE QUEST Scholars and each graduated with First Class Honours Degrees in Masters of Civil Engineering at their respective universities.
