Introduction
Part of being on an ICE Company Approved Training Scheme (CATS) may require the production of an Initial Professional Development (IPD) Report. Also known as a Quarterly Report, it is typically submitted to your DE or SCE every 3 months for them to review in accordance with the programme and deadlines outlined by your SCE/DE.
Initial Professional Development Reports are a requirement depending on your Training Scheme/Mentor/SCE requirements.
The content of the IPD Report should reflect YOUR ACTUAL experiences and the knowledge that you have gained and applied. The IPD should reflect the ICE Attributes
