Levels of Competence/Achievement are assessment levels used by SCEs/DEs and MDOs to assert the level that you have achieved for each ICE Attribute when it comes to each Quarterly/Annual Review of your IPD Training.
The Hierarchal Levels of Competence/Achievement and how they are generally assessed can be seen below:
